: Christopher Bishop is a technology futurist, TEDx speaker, deep tech MC and former IBMer. He is passionate about the potential of emerging technologies to positively transform business and culture. Chris has performed the role of Master of Ceremonies and led panels for several of The Economist’s “Commercialising quantum” events, both in London and Silicon Valley. He moderated a panel of CEOs from three leading quantum companies at this year’s Quantum Beach event in Miami discussing strategies for quantum roadmaps. As the host of the Quantum Tech Pod, Chris interviews C-suite executives at leading quantum companies, sponsored by the research and events company Inside Quantum Technology. He just published his 45th episode. Recent guests have included Jack Hidary (CEO, SandboxAQ) and Dana Anderson (Chief Strategy Officer, ColdQuanta) as well as whurley (CEO, strangeworks), Ilana Wisby (CEO, Oxford Quantum Circuits) and Ilyas Khan (CEO, Quantinuum). Chris is also a member of the US-based Quantum Economic Development Consortium (QED-C) where he contributes to the Workforce Technology Advisory Committee.
